Add Subjects and Classes

Enter each lesson or activity with a title, colour and optional notes.

Set Days and Time Slots

Choose the days to show, the hours to cover and how long each slot runs.

Organise Teachers and Rooms

Attach a teacher, class and room so clashes on shared resources are caught.

Start from a template. Each one presets sensible days, hours and slot lengths.

Timetable setup

Add Subjects and Classes

Type subjects and how many sessions each needs. The generator spreads them across your days, spaces out demanding subjects and keeps slots clear.

Generate a Class or Study Timetable

Build a timetable for school, college, teaching or personal study without wrestling with a blank spreadsheet. Add your subjects and activities, place them into weekly time slots, and let the tool flag overlaps before they become a Monday-morning surprise.

Class Timetable

Lay out a school week by subject, teacher and room. This class schedule time table creator keeps each lesson in its own slot, marks the days you teach or attend, and flags any period where two lessons collide so nothing double-books.

Study Timetable

Plan revision around exams and deadlines. The study time table creator lets you block focused sessions, drop in short breaks, and spread demanding subjects across the week instead of cramming them into one evening.

Teacher Timetable

Map every class you take across the week, note the room for each period, and see your free periods at a glance. Shared rooms and back-to-back classes are highlighted before they turn into a clash.

College and University Schedule

Handle longer lectures, seminars and labs with wider time slots. Mix modules that run on different days and keep gaps between sessions visible so travel and prep time are never a surprise.

Built-in help

Smart Timetable Features

Everything runs in your browser, so edits are instant and your schedule is never sent anywhere in the background.

Detect Scheduling Conflicts

The moment two entries share a day and overlap on the same teacher, room or class, a plain-language warning appears, for example Mathematics overlapping with Physics on Monday from 10:00 to 10:30.

Balance Classes and Breaks

Set a slot length and a break length, then let the auto-arrange feature spread sessions evenly across your available days and keep short breaks between blocks so the week stays workable.

Customise Your Timetable

Choose which days are visible, switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time, colour-code subjects with clear text labels, and rename the timetable to match a class, a term or a single week.

Download, Print or Save Your Timetable

When the week looks right, take it with you. Every option works without an account, and heavy export code only loads when you ask for it.

  • Download as image A sharp PNG of the whole grid for messages or slides.
  • Print timetable A clean print layout that hides the interface and shows only the schedule.
  • Export as CSV A spreadsheet-friendly file with every entry, day and time.
  • Save in browser Keep your work on this device and pick it up next visit.
  • Share a link Create a private link that carries the timetable in the URL. Only people you send it to can open it.
Step by step

How the Time Table Creator Works

  1. Pick a starting point

Choose a class, study, teacher, university or weekly template, or start from a blank timetable.

  2. Set your week

Select the days to show, the first and last time slot, the slot length and 12- or 24-hour time.

  3. Add your entries

Enter each subject or activity with a day, start and end time, and optional teacher, room, colour and notes.

  4. Check for clashes

Overlapping entries on the same day, teacher or room are flagged so you can adjust them.

  5. Save or export

Keep the timetable in your browser, or download, print or share it whenever you are ready.

Who it is for

Built for Students, Teachers and Schools

The same tool covers a personal revision plan, a teaching schedule and a school week, and you decide how much detail each entry carries.

Students

Turn a syllabus and a set of deadlines into a weekly study plan that leaves room for rest.

Teachers

Keep every class, room and free period in one place and spot clashes before term starts.

Schools and colleges

Draft a class schedule or a full college timetable, then print copies or share a link with a group.

Your data

Timetable Data and Privacy

Your timetable is created and stored on your own device. When you choose Save in browser, the schedule is written to this browser's local storage and stays there until you clear it. Your schedule is never uploaded automatically.

Sharing is always something you start. A share link holds the timetable inside the address itself, so it is private by default and only reachable by someone you send it to. These links are never listed in the sitemap or added to search engines.

Exports such as PDF, image and CSV files are generated in the browser and downloaded straight to your device. Read the full privacy policy for details.
